Business & Civil Mediation Services

Virtually any type of dispute or negotiation may be handled through mediation. It is an excellent way to resolve differences, prevent escalation of a conflict, and avoid the time, expense, and stress of going to court to pursue litigation.

I have successfully mediated and resolved disputes involving:

  • Real estate transactions
  • Business and commercial matters
  • Contracts
  • Family-owned businesses
  • Personal injury
  • Motor vehicle accidents
  • Employer/employee matters
  • Medical malpractice
  • Wrongful death
  • Neighbors
  • Religious institutions
  • Negligence

When Should You Consider Mediation?

Any time that you want or need to have a continuing relationship with the person or persons on the other side of a disagreement, mediation is the superior choice.

Mediation is particularly effective in avoiding potentially expensive and damaging court battles. Instead of litigating, consider mediating in the following situations:

  • Negotiating an ownership or partnership agreement when forming a new business
  • Resolving disputes between principals of an existing business
  • Renegotiating aspects of an existing ownership or partnership agreement
  • Negotiating an amicable, desired dissolution of an existing business arrangement
  • Resolving conflicts between businesses
  • Resolving disputes involving customers or suppliers.
  • Resolving disputes involving real estate buyers, sellers and/or agents
  • Resolving issues involving family-owned businesses
