About My Practice

As an active family and civil mediator, for the past fourteen years I have assisted couples, individuals, and businesses in finding realistic, practical solutions to difficult problems.

How? I work with you to resolve conflicts — by providing a safe, caring environment in which you can freely express your concerns, needs, and points of view.

My mission is to ensure that the mediation process is fair, that all participants feel that they have been heard, and that any final agreement is workable.  My mediation style is open, supportive, and attentive, and tailored to each client and situation. Personal integrity guides my actions as I strive to be both thoughtful and creative.

  • In my family practice, I help couples improve communication, structure parenting arrangements, and divide assets and debts. Together, we can reduce the sometimes overwhelming pain of marital conflict, while making the process more amicable and less expensive.

  • As a Parenting Coordinator, I help mothers, fathers, and other caregivers address and resolve the many challenges presented by separation and divorce — before, during, or after the divorce process.  I work directly with parents to help you communicate more effectively, minimize conflict around child-related issues, and avoid going back to court. Parenting coordination provides a safe setting in which to resolve disputes concerning the children without involving the children in the conflict.

  • I also mediate a broad range of civil cases, including family business issues, wrongful death, medical malpractice, real property, contract, and personal injury.
